    I was genuinely inspired by this book Lots of ideas that I hadn t heard before I put off reading this due to the assumption that it would tell me the same old things and plenty of anecdotal experiences to demonstrate the ideas I m someone who generally won t do something until it has been modeled for me to some degree, so the real specifics of how to do these things really helped me wrap my head around the idea of ME actually doing those things Scary though it is Loved the workbook aspect I was genuinely inspired by this book Lots of ideas that I hadn t heard before I put off reading this due to the assumption that it would tell me the same old things and plenty of anecdotal experiences to demonstrate the ideas I m someone who generally won t do something until it has been modeled for me to some degree, so the real specifics of how to do these things really helped me wrap my head around the idea of ME actually doing those things Scary though it is Loved the workbook aspect too I m farlikely to follow through now that I have notes, and don t have to read back to pick out my favourite bits
