    Has a good amount of info on how to eat a completely plant based diet and stay healthy Also lists some research done by scientists that supposedly show that plant based diets are better for humans than animal based diets I wouldn't rush to believe said research anytime soon since the problem with any study in this field regardless of whether it supports a meat based or plant based or whatever kind of diet is that it can never take into account the multitudes of other variables and factors involved that may help contribute to a healthy lifestyle That having been said though the book still offers valuable info on nutrition and the kinds of nutrients many different types of plants can give you It also offers a warning that vegans might suffer from Vitamin B12 deficiency as there are no reliable unfortified plant sources of this vitamin Addressing this problem some plant based food suggestions with B12 mostly plant milks and processed plant foods are offeredThere is also a huge chunk of recipes which I skipped due to the lack of pictures only a few of them had accompanying images and because they were mainly western cuisine Finally there are also some stories of how people turned their lives around by going vegan cancer survivors obese people who lost weight etc I didn't find these that inspiring as the Internet is already full of them
