First off, the styling of this volume is impeccable The recipes themselves are quite appealing and walk a fine line between restaurant quality and fancy home cooking It is a little Euro centric in its ingredients and measurements, but the section of suggested substitutions is helpful This is certainly worth a gander for its gorgeousness, but I only saved a few recipes that I can actually see myself attempting.
