    this is pretty well written scholarship, so i d like to give it 3 stars however, the title has nothing to do withthan the first few pages of the book and i m still not sure exactly what the thesis was this might just be my miss, but the book is really about religious politics in Bombay, focusing roughly on the 80s 90s interesting, but not what i thought i was signing up for and not as cohesive as it could have been this is pretty well written scholarship, so i d like to give it 3 stars however, the title has nothing to do withthan the first few pages of the book and i m still not sure exactly what the thesis was this might just be my miss, but the book is really about religious politics in Bombay, focusing roughly on the 80s 90s interesting, but not what i thought i was signing up for and not as cohesive as it could have been
