Adult romance novels are a guilty pleasure of mine I now that there are problems with some of them and that most contain love at first sight which I usually hate , but there s just something about these novels that is so addicting Although this one felt pretty different from other adult romance novels that I ve read, since this book did not have many of those problems. Most of the synopsis is very different than what was in the book, but despite that, I don t regret it, I actually enjoyed the book Although it was mostly about working in the hospital emergency department The synopsis makes it sound like Ciro hero finds out that Harriett heroine is pregnant on his own, but she ends up telling him herself. This book is pretty different from other Harlequin Presents novels I ve read There s no, I fell in love with you the moment I saw you, despite what those two said, I don t believe it because Harriett didn t keep thinking about gorgeous and perfect Ciro is most of the time like the main characters in other romance novels, she actually has other things on her mind throughout the beginning of the book They also talked and got to know each other for at least a week before they even kissed, let alone had sex So that was really surprising.Blog TravelandBookBlogMy twitter account NazishTVDSwiftMy Instagram accounts nazishreads, nrcharmed01, nrdisney, and nazishcosplay

It started off as a serious passionate 4 5 star affair But somewhere in the middle the author lost the momentum and the story became rather superficial and impractically light. The guy is every woman s dream come true, both wet and dry Sensitive doctor, great listener, friend in need and a gorgeous hot hunk It can t get better than this The girl is a nurse, struggling out of a failed marriage The doctor pulls her out of her misery and helps her rebuild her life Of course, in this process, they start to have a physical relationship as well. For 2 people who communicate so well in the start, the sudden misunderstanding and lack of sharing seems out of place. The guy is crazy about her, but she thinks he is just treating her as a passing fling And the pregnant part happens only in the end But by then the story degenerates into a non serious , meaningless conflict between them.In his farewell party, she turns up and he declares that he would do anything to hold on to her And the breaker of hearts among the entire nursing staff finally settles for one. There is an epilogue of her delivery, again too breezy Serious stuff turning into a light hearted affair Not bad but it dint live up to promise.
