Excellent collection of short pieces most of them distillations from recognized leaders in the field with extensive footnotes and bibliographies offering a shortcut reference to the theories case studies and subfields in conflict studies

  2. Barbara Ab Barbara Ab says:

This is a collection of academic pieces for academic purposes I read most of them or part of them out of sheer curiosity but I would not recommend it to a “curious reader” or someone who wants to understand better this subject In my opinion reading good articles about specific topic eg situation in Sudan would be better than wasting time on such “pretentious way of writing”
